I am a criminal defence lawyer dedicated to advocating for fairness, justice, and the rights of individuals charged with criminal offence. Since graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, I have had the privilege of working at several criminal defence firms, where I have developed practical courtroom and litigation experience while learning from respected and experienced defence counsel.
My practice involves drafting and preparing materials for a wide range of criminal matters, including Charter applications and motions, section 11(b) delay motions, applications to strike guilty pleas, bail review applications, section 278 applications at both Stage 1 and Stage 2 in sexual assault proceedings. I have also assisted extensively with trial preparation and appeared in court on behalf of accused persons at various stages of the criminal process.
I approach every case with diligence, empathy, and a strong commitment to protecting the rights of the accused and upholding the presumption of innocence.
